Our commitment to responsible gaming at 81bd
Play for fun — stay in control. 81bd offers deposit limits, self-exclusion, and round-the-clock support to keep you protected.
Gaming should be entertainment, not addiction
Online casino and sports betting is a source of entertainment for millions of people. But like any form of entertainment, limits and awareness are essential here too. 81bd believes that responsible gambling is not just a rule — it is a deep commitment to every one of our players.
We want to ensure that every person who comes to our platform can enjoy a safe, transparent, and controlled environment. That is why we have put in place multiple protective tools and policies — so you always remain in the driver's seat of your own decisions.
Remember: gambling is primarily for entertainment. It should not be used as a way to solve financial problems or as an attempt to recover lost money. Set your budget in advance and play within that limit.
What is in place for your safety
Deposit Limits
Set a limit on how much you deposit each day, week, or month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. An established waiting period applies to increasing a limit — this helps prevent impulsive overspending.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a break, take a time-out from 24 hours up to six weeks. During this time your account will be completely inactive. It will reactivate automatically when the break ends.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gambling is getting out of control, use self-exclusion to permanently close your account for a set period of time. Contact support — we are always ready to help.
Betting History Review
View your complete betting history and transaction records from your account at any time. Understanding your own habits is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Age Verification
81bd is for players aged 21 and over only. Age is verified at registration. We take a firm stance on protecting minors.
24/7 Support
Contact our support team for any issue — via live chat or email at [email protected]. Help is available in both Bengali and English, at any time of day or night.
Warning signs of problem gambling
It is very important to recognize when gambling is shifting from entertainment to a problem. If you notice the following signs in yourself, contact support.
You are placing increasingly larger bets in an attempt to recover lost money.
You are spending money needed for household expenses or borrowed money on gambling.
You are lying to family or friends about your gambling.
You feel restless or irritable when you try to stop gambling.
You are neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities to spend time gambling.
You see gambling as the only way to cope with stress or loneliness.
Simple rules for responsible gaming
Following a few simple habits keeps gambling enjoyable rather than stressful. 81bd helps players build healthy betting habits.
- Set a fixed budget before you start playing and never go beyond that limit.
- Do not play for long stretches without a break — take regular breaks and set time limits.
- Avoid betting when you have been drinking or when you are emotionally unsettled.
- Never think of gambling as a source of income or an investment — it is entertainment.
- Each game's outcome is independent. Previous losses or wins do not affect the next result.
- Spend time with family and friends — healthy relationships support mental balance.
- Use 81bd's deposit limit and time-out tools to monitor your own play.
