Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. This is a legal agreement between you and 81bd that defines your rights and responsibilities regarding use of the service, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming.

Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms & Conditions.

  • "Platform" refers to the 81bd website, mobile site, and all associated services.
  • "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered or is using the platform.
  • "Bet" refers to any financial wager placed through casino games, slots, live dealer games, or sports betting.
  • "Bonus" refers to any welcome bonus, cashback, or other promotional benefit provided by 81bd.
  • "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • "Taka" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

In these terms, singular terms also include the plural, and vice versa.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to participate on the 81bd platform. This service is only available to those aged 21 and above. If false information is provided about your age, your account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts from the same individual, household, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure.

Account Security & Verification

3.1 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Never share your password with any third party. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. 81bd will not be liable for any losses arising from account use.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

81bd may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. The following documents may be requested during this process:

  • National ID card (NID) or passport copy
  • Proof of payment method ownership (name matched against your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number)
  • Proof of current address

Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account restrictions.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at 81bd is ৳200 (per payment method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (bank transfer includes major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit into the account.

4.3 Payment Verification

81bd may request additional verification for any deposit or withdrawal. Payments may be held or cancelled if a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent.

Please note: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below these amounts will not be accepted.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

81bd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
  • Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳17,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus received. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Bonuses can only be used on eligible games. Certain games may be excluded from bonus use.
  • Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
  • The deadline to claim a bonus will be stated in the terms of each offer.
  • 81bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Cashback

81bd's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier. Players can move up to a higher tier through regular play.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). 81bd ensures fair play and no manipulation of any game result is possible. If you have a dispute regarding a game result, please contact the support team.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error or server issue, the staked amount will be refunded. In cases of unusually large wins caused by a technical error, 81bd may hold payment until a review is completed.

6.3 Game Restrictions

Some games may not be playable with bonus funds or may not count toward bonus wagering. The specific rules for each game can be found in that game's information section.

Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Market Interpretation

Each sports betting market has its own rules. For example, in cricket the "Match Winner" market covers which team will win — such as betting on who wins a Bangladesh vs India match. Please read the terms of the relevant market carefully before placing a bet.

7.2 Bet Cancellation

Bets may be cancelled and stakes refunded in the following cases:

  • If an event is cancelled or suspended (and restarted outside the specified timeframe)
  • If incorrect or changed odds were displayed
  • If a bet was not processed correctly due to technical reasons

7.3 Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet has been confirmed, the bet will be settled at the odds that were in effect at the time of confirmation. 81bd may hold bets or payments in cases of suspicious betting activity.

Responsible Gaming

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Any member can temporarily suspend their account for a set period. Contact our support team to use this feature.

8.2 Setting Deposit Limits

Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit takes effect after a specified cooling-off period.

8.3 Protection of Minors

81bd's service is available only to those aged 21 and above. It is the responsibility of the relevant guardian to keep minors away from gaming. 81bd may request proof of identity at any time if underage use is suspected.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 81bd platform and will be considered serious violations of these terms:

  • Bonus abuse — attempting to meet bonus wagering requirements through artificial means
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts
  • Attempting to control or manipulate the outcome of any game
  • Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's security systems
  • Creating an account using a false identity
  • Coordinated betting with other members (Syndicate Betting)

If evidence of such activities is found, the account will be closed immediately, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the 81bd platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is the exclusive property of 81bd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, etc.) is protected by their respective intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

81bd accepts no liability for the following:

  • Losses on bets due to internet disconnection
  • Losses caused by a member's own negligence or error
  • Delays or errors with third-party payment services
  • Losses resulting from account login details being disclosed to another person
  • If the service is temporarily unavailable due to platform maintenance or updates

In any case, 81bd's maximum liability is limited to the current balance in that member's account.

Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 Rights of 81bd

81bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice. This typically occurs when:

  • Terms and conditions are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • KYC verification is not completed
  • By order of a court or authority

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time. In this case, the balance remaining in the account (excluding bonuses if wagering requirements have not been met) can be withdrawn. To close your account, contact the support team via live chat or email.
